Chat2Cart is a WhatsApp-first grocery ordering service for grocery shops. Chat2Cart is operated by ZEYRA Enterprise, a sole proprietorship (legal name: MOHAMMED ASLAM V) based at 17/8, Velladath House, Edakkulam, Padinjaramukku, Thirunavaya, Malappuram, Kerala 676301, India. In this policy, "Chat2Cart", "we", "us" and "our" refer to this operator.

2. Scope

This policy applies to information processed through Chat2Cart, including information about:

• Shops — grocery businesses that use Chat2Cart, and their staff.
• Customers — people who message a shop that uses Chat2Cart to order groceries.
• Website visitors — people who visit this website or contact us.

When a customer orders from a shop, the shop decides how it uses customer and order information for its own business. Chat2Cart processes that information to provide the service to the shop.

3. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Chat2Cart, we may collect:

• Customer phone numbers used to message a shop.
• Message content sent to or from a shop's connected number.
• Voice message information, where applicable, including the audio and its transcribed text.
• Product selections and product searches made in a conversation.
• Cart information, such as items, quantities and totals.
• Order history, including order status and timestamps.
• Delivery information, such as name, delivery address and delivery notes.
• Shop account information, such as shop name, contact details, catalogue, pricing and inventory, and staff login details.
• Enquiry information you send us through our contact form or by email.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide ordering functionality, such as understanding requests, suggesting products and building carts.
• Process orders and make them available to the shop for fulfilment and delivery.
• Operate, maintain and improve the service.
• Provide support to customers and shops.
• Keep the service secure.
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

5. Third-party services

To provide Chat2Cart, information may be processed by the following categories of third-party service providers:

• WhatsApp/Meta services — messages are sent and received through WhatsApp, which is provided by Meta. Meta's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of WhatsApp.
• AI processing provider(s), where used — to help interpret text and voice messages and match them to products.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to store data and run the service.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us. Chat2Cart is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

6. Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information.

We share information only: with the shop a customer is ordering from, so it can fulfil the order; with service providers described above; where required by law or to protect rights, safety and security; or with your consent.

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, such as access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service to the shop, or as required for legal, security, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information about you, subject to applicable law. To request deletion, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page. Customers can also contact the shop they ordered from.

10. Children

Chat2Cart is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children in a way that is not permitted by law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
